Worst service experience of over 50 years of car ownership. Our 2019 RAV4 sat at the dealership for a month before the problem was diagnosed and supposedly fixed ($2,900). Car failed again within a ownership. Our 2019 RAV4 sat at the dealership for a month before the problem was diagnosed and supposedly fixed ($2,900). Car failed again within a week of leaving the dealership. Had to take it to another Toyota dealership who diagnosed the issue within a half hour. More
