Fantastic experience! I visited another dealership first to inquire about trading in my truck for a SUV. I was treated horrible. I was told there was only 1 SUV in their entire stock that I could afford (without increasing my payments by $100 biweekly) and they tried to bully me into buying the vehicle that was a big downgrade from my truck and that I did not want. I then went to Dodge and talked to Dale. I explained the situation and he was 100% honest with me about what my options were. He spoke to Will and together they offered me several different options. These options were drastically better then the only option offered at the other dealer. Both Dale and Will were 100% honest with me, they even told me what they would sell my truck for if I traded it in. Needless to say I left with a “new to me” SUV and my payments did not increase. My old truck is now listed for sale and guess what- it is the exact price they told me it would be listed for. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership and they have gained a lifelong customer with me. More

GP Chrysler sold us vehicle as "clean title" which it is NOT. Their idea of fair was to take the vehicle back and leave us with a loss of our trade in and all the extras added for warranty and "protection" NOT. Their idea of fair was to take the vehicle back and leave us with a loss of our trade in and all the extras added for warranty and "protection" (over $12,000). They purposely gave us a 6month old report to save themselves from a shady sale THEY fell for, by sneaking it onto us. I would never have bought this vehicle, certainly not for full market price, knowing about a $13,000 accident! I can no longer sell it for what we paid (as I am not like GP Chrysler and wouldn't try to pawn this off on somebody else to make my money back) and it's sure not worth what our monthly payments are. They don't care, they think this is an ok way to do business and not dishonorable at all. I'll be fighting for my right not to be ripped off by these greasy slugs and will warn every person I know and meet what kind of underhanded dealings they do. More

Everyone was very understanding and considerit with the what I was looking for and the budget I have to work with. I would recommend anyone else who asked me where to go for their new purchase to speak with Dale Scotton at the Grande Prairie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This would be the 3rd purchase I've made since 2013 and it's been an awesome experience every time!! More
