I looked around, checked out the Porsche Cayenne S, The Benz GL and the Range Rover Sport. I drove them all, liked them all but thought I would drop by Parkview and have a chat with Wesley (Schanzenbacher) and see what was new. I checked out a 2018 x5 5.0 demo, but thought it is just more of the same. Then I spotted the redesigned 2019 x5 4.0 Turbo, beautiful. It did not look or feel like my old x5 at all. The redesigned interior is beautiful and very functional. The technology has been updated tremendously, but more important, these guys went to the mat to get my business, finance rates were amazing and I was pleased with the final price. I have been dealing with Wesley for eight years now and he works hard to earn the business every time. I picked up the car today and Chris Johnston did the walk through and did a full tutorial on all the tech...wow so many features, I’ll need a few weeks to figure it all out, but overall an excellent client experience, I was introduced to my service advisor, Steve. 5 Stars to Parkview, they told me they wanted my business and went the distance to get it. Dave Golding was very helpful in answering my questions, obtaining a trade-in value for my old 328, and wrapping things up at a price that I felt was fair. This was my second car from Dave and third from Parkview. I felt like a valued customer. Pickup went well with the delivery specialist taking his time to go through all aspects of the car. Dave followed up after the purchase to make sure I was happy. Overall, this was a quick and painless process with Parkview. More
