Wesley provided some exuberance and excitement also. On my pick up day Collin did a terrific job in helping my wife and I learn about all the features of our new car. He answered most of our questions and when he didn't know, he was quick to follow up. Wesley got involved as we were closing, and we appreciated how he was very matter of fact, conceded on 'easy wins' and focused in on the key points of negotiation. The dealership could use some diversity, especially from a gender perspective, which would help female customers feel more comfortable. They may not be the primary buyer, but they definitely influence the purchase process. Overall a premium experience! More
