Sales, finance, management in general I have had very good luck with as well as a history of great customer service in the past. My last experince was a very poor with their service department and their good luck with as well as a history of great customer service in the past. My last experince was a very poor with their service department and their detailing department. From doing the wrong repair, breaking parts on my car (transmission harness) which caused further issues with my transmission computer, trim on my car (not informing me either). To not following up or through with what they agreed upon several times. Having the wrong VIN number on file, being told rudely I had to navigate with Ford Canada myself, (they were awesome to deal with) the repair got completed through warrant from Ford Canada phoning the dealership. I am only writing this review now so that people will be cautious in their dealings. I had hoped to give Cam Clark Ford Olds a 5 star rating after this ordeal and as I understand mistakes get made but have given plenty of chances to reticify the issues. So I will not be taking my vehicle back to Cam Clark Ford Olds service as it has become to frustrating to get them to do what was agreed upon. I will however take my vehicle to Airdrie Cam Clark Ford as I still believe Cam Clark to be a good name in the industry. More

It was a very relaxed experience dealing with Stephanie and the team from Cam Clark Ford. There was no pressure, intimidation or tension when I was looking to purchase a vehicle. I was able to view ve and the team from Cam Clark Ford. There was no pressure, intimidation or tension when I was looking to purchase a vehicle. I was able to view vehicles on my own and when needed to ask questions, Stephanie was there and accommodated me and with respect and curtesy. After the sale was completed, Stephanie explained the operations and all the options that the vehicle offered. She also explained the service and conveniences that I am entitled to with the new vehicle purchase. The team looked after registration and the plate for the vehicle so I didn't have to run after those jobs. This was a very positive experience purchasing a new vehicle. Amber Hoffman More

We walked in to meet Stephanie, she was a pleasure to work with right away. I was looking at the used Shelby Gt 500 and it was started for us. I said to Stephanie I want a car with a growl for roughly th work with right away. I was looking at the used Shelby Gt 500 and it was started for us. I said to Stephanie I want a car with a growl for roughly the same price. She replied no problem and gave me the key fob to a 2023 Mustang GT on the lot. I started it and let her know that we would take the one in the Showroom if it sounded the same. Wayne was there for the delivery day and walked me through the car and its features and options. Also friendly with great knowledge and professional. Paperwork time with Phil also very professional and informative and we had a couple of great laughs during the paperwork process. I have owned and driven Dodge vehicles for the last 20 years, and said I would not own a Ford ever again. I looked at a used challenger, used corvette, and a used Camaro ZL1. Soon as Stephanie gave me the fob to start the GT I knew it was the one. I can't say enough about the staff that helped us with our new car at Cam Clark Ford in Old's Alberta. I have really enjoyed my new truck, the team got me set up with Ford's phone App, got me $200 worth of reward points just for buying a vehicle, and even set my phone up so I could book my next service in a up with Ford's phone App, got me $200 worth of reward points just for buying a vehicle, and even set my phone up so I could book my next service in about 5 clicks!
