Mr Joe, this statement is partly true. We did deliver a used vehicle that had a small scratch on a wheel. Upon receiving the truck, you looked it over to find any issues and let us know immediately about your wheel. We immediately handled and agreed to send $200 for the Scratch to be repaired. Approx 12 days later you reached out stating the bumper was dented up. We immediately fixed the wheel that was noticed… but we cannot cover any damage that happened after the purchase… especially 12 days. I find it Very unlikely that you noticed the small scuff on the wheel upon looking truck over but not the dent in truck/bumper… especially for almost two weeks. We do have the exact dates documented. I believe It was 11 days. It is very likely however that this happened while you had it parked somewhere in that 11 day timeframe. I apologize for us not being able to earn a better review… we strive to maintain a good reputation as you can see from our reviews. Thank you for your business… and have a Great year!

This is not accurate. I have not received payment for the wheel. I provided pictures of the dented bumper soon as it was noticed to my salesman. I have provided pictures from an old craigslist posting that is still online but the same pics were withheld from the cars.com posting (now offline) where I established contact regarding the vehicle. When I spoke to Shane Jones he was hostile and insulting. Upon looking at further Google reviews for Patriot, I should have known better to do business with this dealership. Lack of professionalism and integrity in upper management. Hopefully Shane’s superiors will better receive this feedback and hold him accountable for his treatment of customers whether or not the issues with the bumper, wheel and displaced axle are resolved. (Also discovered a damaged front fender flare which I didnt even bother to ask for help with). To other readers, please look for my post on google which provides pictures and proof of this issue that are being dismissed and misguided by Mr Jones.
