Maintaining my H2 I have a 2005 Hummer H2 that you have serviced it since I bought it brand new. I trust your dealership to do the job correctly at a fair price. On this service I had more than just an oil change. I spent more than $3700.00 and was surprised when I picked it up to see that they didn't wash the vehicle. I have been buying cars from the Jim Ellis Enterprise on a regular basis since buying my 1994 Z28 convertible I have bought 5 VW"s since 2016 and when I pick them up after getting just the oil changed the vehicle has always been washed at NO charge. To me that is such a nice THANK YOU. Just a thought. Sincerely, Scott P, Wright P.S. So y'all wonder why it is that I don't bring my car to you for regular service. Well here is why. I brought my SS in for a recall service, because I could not bring it anywhere else. This was actually my you for regular service. Well here is why. I brought my SS in for a recall service, because I could not bring it anywhere else. This was actually my second time in for this service, because the parts had to be ordered. Ok yeah there's a virus pandemic, so that's why it took 2 weeks for the parts to come in. Sure. When I brought it in, Vladimir said the repair would take all day. Sure. However, when it gets on to 4:30-5:00, and I have not heard anything about the progress on this. I become concerned. So I called, left a message, please call me back to let me know if it will be done today. No call back. Called again at 5:30. Please let me know if it will be done today so I can make plans to pick it up. Again, nothing. At 6:15, called the Service Manager, to ask what was the progress. No call back, but fortunately I checked my email, because at 6:30 I got an email saying the car was ready. Had to rush across town to get there before 7:00. Y'all need to improve your customer communication. More

Inflated pricing and gouging going in. They tried to harge me $3400 for a catalytic converter that was $980 at another repair shop. They charged $27 for a windshield wiper. Vladimir a servicer provider lied and said he would call me back and didn't address my issue until I drove up there. Paul, a serivce provider took 30 minutes just to "wrap" a report up and give me my car. The service people were laughing and joking and wasting my time. This was a horrible experience. More
