Super Service Makes Happy Customers I can’t say how much I appreciated Ray Peters service when I went to Mark Christopher Chevrolet to have my car serviced. Not taken seriously Service rep did not bother to take me seriously or even explain in detail why he could not help or that he would try to talk to a manger about issue. Service rep did not bother to take me seriously or even explain in detail why he could not help or that he would try to talk to a manger about issue. Did not listen to me, brushed me off and even cut me off to finish paper work. I repeatedly take 2 cars for maintenance and have bought 3 cars with you guys. I would have at least expected pro-quo on customer service. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere as it doesn’t seem it is appreciated. Truck wasn’t washed this time, being in sales had that been me I would at least made sure to have that done to have customer satisfied and not think about the frustrating interaction. More
