Shayne Dyer, sales associate, met me and showed me 2014 Jeep Cherokees I was interested in seeing. I know competition among dealerships is keen...I also know it was Shayne who brought me back to Elmwood with my husband to close the sale. Shayne was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, he treated me as a valuable, potential customer and not as a female out of her element. Once a deal was agreed upon, my husband and I met with Vinny to work on financing which proved to be another pleasant experience. All paperwork was done on time and our new Cherokee was ready to go when promised! Will definitely recommend Elmwood to friends and family. JeanUlm More

Excellent Service We originally went to Elmwood because our 2008 Avenger needed servicing from a dealer. While waiting we started looking around and ran into Victor. We We originally went to Elmwood because our 2008 Avenger needed servicing from a dealer. While waiting we started looking around and ran into Victor. We explained the situation with our current car and asked to look at a few things while we waited. We gave him a rather large list of wants for a used car, and he led us right to a group of vehicles that had all the options we were looking for, in a price range we could afford. Victor knew our budget ahead of time, and never tried to steer us towards something we either didn't want or couldn't handle financially. After finding the right car Vinny was very thorough in securing a loan that was good for us, and not just a loan that would get us in the vehicle. All in all everyone was a pleasure to deal with and felt like they put our needs first when making any recommendations. Victor even came in on his day off to help finish up because we couldn't stay on the day we originally came in. I would recommend Elmwood Auto to anyone looking for great cars and great service! More

I wanted to thank Harrison for his professionalism and helping me with all of my questions regarding Lease and Purchasing. Vinny, Mark and James were very accommodating, helpful and super nice! The staff here are one in a million! I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Wrangler yesterday and it was very nice that Harrison came in on his day off to make sure everything was good to go. I live just outside of Boston so its a bit of a drive, but I plan on going in to get some accessories put on because they were extremely friendly and took care of me from the beginning. Elmwood, thank you for making this car purchase a wonderful experience!! Love the Wrangler!! Definitely recommend this dealership!! More

Satisfied Customer I was originally interested in purchasing a new Dodge Charger and left with a new Chrysler 200 based on James's recommendation. It was actually I was originally interested in purchasing a new Dodge Charger and left with a new Chrysler 200 based on James's recommendation. It was actually less expensive and a much better fit for what I needed for work. Unlike other dealerships I visited, James listened to what I wanted/needed rather than push for a sale. Thanks to James I have a car I love, with everything I needed, and fit my budget (Based on sites like truecar.com I got a very fair price). Once I left I noticed a slight rip in the backseat which they are replacing at no charge. I also got a screw in my tire within my first week of owning the car which they also repaired at no charge. I expected to pay for the tire repair since that wasn't their fault at all and never asked them to do it for no charge, but they did it anyway. Great experience buying the car and great service right out the gate. I will definitely be going back to purchase my next car and will recommend James and Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle or service. More

I drove the car and liked it but I wasn't in a rush to buy. I had the privilege of meeting Sherman Jones and after looking at one more model I forgot why I was there. Sherman is so friendly and he never tried to get me to buy more than I was comfortable with. I was 100% relaxed and ENJOYED buying a car from him.This place is not your typical car dealership. They are a family business and treat employees and customers like family too. I did my homework on price, incentives, etc. and they worked really hard to make a deal with me and find additional incentives to get the price where I needed it to be. Kudos to Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They've got it right. More

Best Experience Buying a car has always been a dreadful experience. You walk on the lot, feel like you are being attacked by a bunch of sales reps and it turns into y Buying a car has always been a dreadful experience. You walk on the lot, feel like you are being attacked by a bunch of sales reps and it turns into you vs them. Then if you do decide to purchase a car, you go into the dreadful office and feel uneasy with the finance person. That experience is the complete opposite of what I had at Elmwood. My sales rep Richard Miranda put me at ease the moment I met him. He actually listened to what I wanted and he made me feel like he was not just about getting the sale but actually cared that I walked away with what I was looking for. He was by far the best sales man that I have ever dealt with. After test driving one car, (I did my research before going), I decided to purchase the car. This is when I met Vinnie. I cannot say enough amazing things about him. He took over the great experience that I already had with Richard and continued to make me feel at ease. He was so helpful and at the end of the whole process, I ended up with my perfect car at the price that I could afford. I will not deal with another dealership again. Elmwood has a customer for life. Richard and Vinnie are a great team and I will tell everyone I know who is looking to purchase a car to go to Elmwood. I cannot thank you enough Richard and Vinnie. More
