The ONLY reason I am giving the DEALERSHIP a 5 Star review is because of the service from Tory. She was respectful, attentive and most of all made eye contact and smiled! Tory made me feel like I was review is because of the service from Tory. She was respectful, attentive and most of all made eye contact and smiled! Tory made me feel like I was the only customer that she had, didn't push me to the waiting area but treated me like a vaued customer. The down side....my tires were rotated. No bug deal but the big deal appeared the next morning when I went to get into my car and I saw that I had a hub cap missing ! I called the dealership, left a message with "management" and still hsve heard NOTHING. It is my opinion that the hub cap was not put on tight and I lost it somewhere between St. Albans and Milton. I am sure that such a trivial matter will be cast aside and forgotten. More
