Over all I must say they've done good by me. Especially with my warranty for my Hybrid Rav 4. It has been SO helpful. And Alan Brown was very attentive and got things done nicely. We could have used some plastic sheeting or cardboard to put my removed Winter tires on but it was easily cleaned up... I’ve been bringing my car to Handy Toyota since I bought it in 2020. Every service appt has been great and fairly quick. The employees are very kind and helpful. Friendly smart, and fast to answer virtually all questions with accuracy... I'm glad for my warranty as I could not have the work done without it! It's that when they took the four winter wheels and tires off they made a bit of a mess putting them into the car for the drive home... No big deal though, It's all cleaned out. More
