We got our new 2020 Cadillac Escalade from Eli Torres. We were about to get the Mercedes GLS but Eli gave us such quality service and great terms that we decided to continue with our second Escalade in a row were about to get the Mercedes GLS but Eli gave us such quality service and great terms that we decided to continue with our second Escalade in a row. One of the big differences between Sarant and Mercedes is that Eli really wanted our business and it showed whereas the Mercedes dealer acted arrogant. Eli got into the trenches to win us as customers. In the competitive world we live in today, Mercedes should take a cue from Eli and Sarrant. Eli: you're #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
