Did not fix specific problem we both (husband & wife) related to them many times in phone calls and in person. Assured by Lexus many times the problem was solved…..it was NOT!! There is no option for those who wait for their cars; unless you go outdoors and sit on a bench at the driveway. My visit yesterday was estimated to be two hours; it ended up three and a half!!!! No updating. Unfortunately, my service consultant left before I could ask a question I had. More
