Did not fix specific problem we both (husband & wife) related to them many times in phone calls and in person. Assured by Lexus many times the problem was solved…..it was NOT!! We did not discover until we got back home that the problem still persisted. Wife VERY unhappy! Will tane back to dealer when we return home from 2-week trip. Did I mention…..wife VERY unhappy!!
