Disorganized? The first time I brought my car in, they kept it for three days before they even looked at it and I had an appointment. When I brought it back the sec The first time I brought my car in, they kept it for three days before they even looked at it and I had an appointment. When I brought it back the second time when they had the part, I asked two times to get an oil change. No oil change was done. There were also two separate issues and they said one repair would fix both issues. I highly doubted this but figured they were the experts. The second issue was not fixed. It’s also irritating that they make you do the inspection with them (check lights, top off washer fluid). Is this Valvoline? More

OUTSTANDING I dealt with Tyler Schultz. He was amazing. Very kind and helpful. He gave me a loaner car for two weeks. Apparently my car issues was never seen befo I dealt with Tyler Schultz. He was amazing. Very kind and helpful. He gave me a loaner car for two weeks. Apparently my car issues was never seen before. After hours of labor and tearing my dash apart, they found the problem under my passenger seat. 2 fuses and a air bag monitor. Luckily it was covered under the certified warranty. Since Tyler and the mechanic was so nice and fixed my car. I gave them a gift card for lunch at Subway. Only down side is, you can tell my dash was taken apart. A few things were not lined up. I did fasten some that was not pushed together all the way. Put there are some uneven areas still. Cheryl Wilk More

After my recall was fixed l, my sync has not been working My sync was messed up during the repair. When I hit the phone button on the car it just says no phone. It won't let me set up a new device or anything My sync was messed up during the repair. When I hit the phone button on the car it just says no phone. It won't let me set up a new device or anything. This happened when I the car was being worked on as it was working the morning I dropped it off. I haven't had time to call and drop it off with work. Tyler was helpful with the recall. He was friendly and professional. It is a shame that the electronics were messed up. Update: klaben called me and completely resolved the issues with the sync. They sent a driver down to pick up and drop off my car at a time that fit my schedule. They were willing to fix the minor electrical error that resulted in the sync failure. Thank you for resolving this so quickly! More
