I felt that I was rushed into the purchase! Salesman was working with someone else before the ink was dry! Vehicle didn’t even have a manual in it! I’m from NY and I thought I had 3 days to change my mind but when I tried to get out of it, I was told I couldn’t, that’s on me! I love the vehicle but I don’t think I would ever buy another vehicle from your dealership again! I now understand why your rating is only 4.5 stars! Usually when you pick up a new car, someone shows you a few things about it, not this time, I was just handed the keys! And last thing, when I called up a few days later to inquire about refinancing my loan ( which I planned on doing from the start) I was told that I had to make 4 payments first, I guess I have short term memory loss! 😂 Don’t get me wrong, this vehicle is my dream car and I have been eyeing it for years, but I just thought that when you purchased a vehicle of this cost, the experience would be much better, silly me! By the way, the vehicle I purchased was a Land Rover Defender! 😂 I’m assuming jaguar and Land Rover are sharing the same platform since they are in the same building! I More

Tyler treats his clients with the utmost respect and willingness to help. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gets me in for service as a priority and I am ALWAYS pleased when my vehicle willingness to help. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gets me in for service as a priority and I am ALWAYS pleased when my vehicles are returned to me. People do business with people, not companies. If Tyler left to go work elsewhere, I would follow him with my cars, regardless of the brand. I remember his first day, and he has grown into such an amazing ambassador of the JLR brand. Outstanding. Everybody on the team, from Ms. Lane to Josh Mooney in finance. And we love the car. We are, however, still waiting to hear from the Concierge.
