Not sure why I’m receiving this email because I purchased a Land Rover Defender! It’s in the same building so I assume the same ownership! I love the vehicle and been eyeing it for years! I felt that I was rushed into the purchase! Salesman was working with someone else before the ink was dry! Vehicle didn’t even have a manual in it! I’m from NY and I thought I had 3 days to ch Salesman was working with someone else before the ink was dry! Vehicle didn’t even have a manual in it! I’m from NY and I thought I had 3 days to change my mind but when I tried to get out of it, I was told I couldn’t, that’s on me! I love the vehicle but I don’t think I would ever buy another vehicle from your dealership again! I now understand why your rating is only 4.5 stars! Usually when you pick up a new car, someone shows you a few things about it, not this time, I was just handed the keys! And last thing, when I called up a few days later to inquire about refinancing my loan ( which I planned on doing from the start) I was told that I had to make 4 payments first, I guess I have short term memory loss! 😂 Don’t get me wrong, this vehicle is my dream car and I have been eyeing it for years, but I just thought that when you purchased a vehicle of this cost, the experience would be much better, silly me! By the way, the vehicle I purchased was a Land Rover Defender! 😂 I’m assuming jaguar and Land Rover are sharing the same platform since they are in the same building! I More
