Dealership is great. Service Advisors are friendly and helpful. This specific time I came in for oil change and the lube tech never drained the old oil and just added new Service Advisors are friendly and helpful. This specific time I came in for oil change and the lube tech never drained the old oil and just added new on top. When I left the shop the car would hardly run and was bellowing black smoke. I am taking my car to another shop for an independent inspection of rings & seals. I hope the tech is either retrained or terminated for his careless workmanship. More

Pathetic. I took my 2020 Ford Expedition in because a wire broke that connected to the rear window defroster. They charged me $120 to “confirm” the wire had br I took my 2020 Ford Expedition in because a wire broke that connected to the rear window defroster. They charged me $120 to “confirm” the wire had broken off. It was plain as day broken off and just dangling on the glass. There was no “diagnostic” work done. When asked why I was charged it was because “extensive” work was done to confirm the issue. Unbelievable. More
