The pick up and delivery service was great. The live communication about the service work that was or wasn’t performed wasn’t there. I had to call to find out the status of what they didn’t fin The live communication about the service work that was or wasn’t performed wasn’t there. I had to call to find out the status of what they didn’t find or didn’t fix even though they had the Ford Pass explanation of why the check engine light came on multiple times. Good news they didn’t charge me the diagnostic fee, bad news it didn’t get fixed and next time it happens it could be past the warranty. Again the pick up and delivery service was great. It allowed me to have 2 recalls fixed. More
