Finally, I was contacted to tell me a technician was ready to head for my home address to do the service I had requested - I told that person that I had an appointment at the dealer on Thursday at 2:30pm and not to send anyone to my house. After all that confusion, our service went fine. I just wouldn't schedule on-line again. More
