You need to improve how you communicate with some customers in regards to the completion of work. I waited in the waiting room for almost one and a half hours for a simple/routine oil change/ tire r customers in regards to the completion of work. I waited in the waiting room for almost one and a half hours for a simple/routine oil change/ tire rotation. Had I not gone to check on my car, I wouldn’t have known it was done. Makes me wonder how long I would have been waiting for notification of completed work. Not impressed with the younger staff’s attitude toward an elderly woman. More

Had a scheduled oil change. Took one & half hours. They didn’t rotate tires. Asked for a car wash. Didn’t do it and didn’t top off fluids like usual. At first I was concerned with my car being at the dealership without a spare care due to it needed a specialist to analyze the engine warning light but after a few days I was contacted that parts wer dealership without a spare care due to it needed a specialist to analyze the engine warning light but after a few days I was contacted that parts were ordered and was given a rental car to use while we wait for the part to arrive. The staff were are very helpful and efficient in everything they did. They are all great and Surbaru has done a good job training. I will recommend three to friends whenever possible.
