Easy / Smooth Car Buying Experience Trent and Traci made my purchase as easy as it could be. I have never been able to purchase a car and leave feeling good about it - until now. I am happy with my car and I am happy that I didn't feel hassled or pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. Most dealerships give you the bait and switch - but not these guys. Even being prepared by have dealers cost information in addition to rebates/special offers at the time of purchase the process has always been a hassle. On more than one occasion I had walked out of the dealership only to be called back later by the salesman with another offer. At other times the sales person had to go back and forth to the sales manager to check on my offer. Buying a car from Trent was the first time my new car buying experience was excellent, and hassle free. We were considering buying a car later in the year because we wanted to get a Forester with Eyesight (this option was only available on the 2015 model). We made the appointment on a Saturday so we would have time to take the car for a test drive and wound up buying it. Trent gave us a price that was in line with the discount I would have gotten if I had used a buying service. His follow up support is also first class. I had an issue paring the garage door opener and gave him a call. Trent got back to me within 10 minutes with the info needed. On another occasion I had an issue with the sound on the Navigation system that couldn’t be resolved over the phone. I drove to the dealership and Trent took the time to troubleshoot the problem. It didn’t take him long to find an obscure setting that needed to be changed. You can’t go wrong buying a car from Trent. He is personable, friendly, and well grounded, and honest. I would also like to give a shout out to Tracy Roberts, Finance Manager who was a pleasure to deal with, and made this part of the buying process easy. My wife likes the car so much she has become the primary driver. This is the first time this has happened since we bought a first car a Datsun 1200 in 1972. More

This dealership is a nice place to be, the people are friendly and professional and I felt no pressure during the entire process. Kevin and Traci ROCK!!! While we were car shopping we decided to take a look at Subaru Automotive online. After comparing the reviews between several makes and model we narro While we were car shopping we decided to take a look at Subaru Automotive online. After comparing the reviews between several makes and model we narrowed our choice down to two cars. The Subaru Crosstrek and a Mazda CX-5. After looking at another local dealer for the Mazda and seeing that their prices were much more to pay for the equivalent of the Subaru, we decided to take a look at Tucson Subaru. Keven was very knowledgeable to the safety and features offered by Subaru and its competitors for instant comparisons between makes and models. He also took the time to show the different styles from Impreza to Crosstrek to Forester. He gave us a simple break down of the pricing as far as extras, dealer fees and the bottom line. The nicest thing about it is that the bottom line is the closest I have ever seen to the manufactures MSRP. That also included popular packages installed! So for a new '14 Crosstreck before taxes with a package installed we were looking right at 24,990. After taxes and registration it was still a little bit higher than we initially expected. Kevin then showed us a Certified Crosstrek that we were able to get in at our price range and with an extended warranty, and it was still a '14. Thanks to Traci in finance we were also able to get a lower rate than our current bank by going through Subaru for the auto loan. This along with Kevin's help allowed us to save a lot of money while being able to get one of the nicest cars we have ever owned. Thank you again More

Friendly and Straight Forward My first experience with Tucson Subaru was a pleasant one so when I was shopping for a second car I went to Trent at Tucson Subaru. He was straight forward the first time I bought a car at Tucson Subaru and I knew he would be the same way when I needed an upgrade. We talked about my price range, my trade in and he listened to me. I mean really listened. He told me what he was going to do i.e. look at my trade, he then made a list of vehicles in my price range. I was interested in one of the Subaru's he had in stock but it was not available for me at the time and would be available later. Since I wanted a car now we went over the list. I expressed my interest in one car and that is what I was shown. From then on he went to work to get me a deal I could live with. I was not disappointed because I felt he was truly trying to help me. My definition of a good salesman is one who listens to you and tries to help you get what you want and need. He doesn't waste your time by getting your hopes up, or try to sell you what you really didn't want and he's straight forward. Aside from being a good salesman Trent is a good person and he looks out for you. He is a sincere person and makes you feel like you are number one. Sounds cheesy but it's true. When I went to financing, which is where I met Traci I again was not disappointed because like Trent she was also straight forward, no hassles, she knew what I wanted and she made the process easy, explained everything and was very friendly. I really only dealt with Trent and Traci, but my experience with them makes Tucson Subaru my dealership and I would recommend them and Tucson Subaru in a heart beat! Pat Carranza More

Wonderful Experience Purchasing My New Forrester! I worked with Steve Norris to purchase my Subaru Forrester and he was super helpful/kind and not pushy. She took the time to explain things to me (more than once when needed!) and really made me feel comfortable and confident in making my purchase. Curt was very thorough and approachable, he scheduled an appointment for us to come in and look at cars, and was open to us comparing two different models once we got there. Furthermore Curt was friendly, easy to talk to yet professional, and he was knowledgeable and patient as he compared features between the Outback and the Forester. He was above average in his adeptness about the product line due to his previous experience in the service department of Subaru. He was on time, efficient as we did the paperwork, and easy to follow throughout the purchasing phases. Traci was delightful to work with, as well, and she made the financial part of the deal palatable due to her equally-awesome social skills. It is unusual to find a business-minded person who can also put customers at ease when "talking numbers." More

The sales person provided all the information I needed to m I was very happy with the service provided in helping me purchase my new Subaru Forester. The sales person provided all the information I needed to make my decision. After doing the necessary research, I believe I got the best price possible for the purchase. After the purchase the sales person provided me with excellent service introducing me to the car's functioning system. In addition he asked me to come back a week or so later and he would go over introductory information and answer any questions I may have. He set up my Bluetooth and assured me that he would be more than willing to take any calls I may have in the future regarding the car. I would highly recommend him. I was also impressed with the finance department. The finance officer clearly informed me of all the possible warrantee options. More
