The staff at Freeway Mazda have been nothing but amazing to my wife and I. We initially purchased a vehicle from them in 2021 which was unfortunately totaled. I contacted them again about possibly purchasin to my wife and I. We initially purchased a vehicle from them in 2021 which was unfortunately totaled. I contacted them again about possibly purchasing another vehicle some time after my accident and they were nothing but helpful and patient from start to finish. Due to my injuries, the process of looking for a replacement car was long and drawn out but I seemed to keep going back to this dealership because of how they handled their business. I want to give special shoutouts to Fui, Eric, Tracey and most especially Peter for taking the stress out of this process in what is already a frustrating and trying time in my family's lives. Thanks again to the team at Freeway Mazda! More

I can't say enough good things about Freeway Mazda. My wife and I took a Honda CRV for a test drive a couple of weeks ago, everything seemed great and we purchased it for an amazing price, (at leas My wife and I took a Honda CRV for a test drive a couple of weeks ago, everything seemed great and we purchased it for an amazing price, (at least $2000 less than other dealers). After we got the car home we decided to go for a drive. Soon after pulling out of the driveway I did a U-turn, the car started shaking and the wheels felt like they were rubbing against something. I did a U-turn in the opposite direction and the same thing happened. We took the car back to the dealership just a short time after buying it. I explained the situation to our sales rep, Tracey and she had someone take a look at the vehicle. They agreed there was definitely something wrong with the vehicle and the dealership agreed to fix the issue free of charge. In the meantime we needed a vehicle, I'd transferred my insurance from my previous vehicle to the CRV. The dealership offered to insure my old vehicle for a week, free of charge. I got a call a few days later, the repair was going to take more than a week due to the parts that needed ordering. Rather than reinsure my old vehicle they went the extra mile and gave me a loaner: a 2023 Mazda CX-5 fully loaded. Wow! I drove this vehicle for a week and loved it. If I was in the market for a larger SUV I would definitely consider the CX-5. It drives great. Thanks Freeway Mazda for the great customer service and a great experience. More
