Bought a brand new 2024 GLE450. Out of the 40 days we had the car it has been in the shop over 10 days (2 separate occasions for the same problem) fixing the electric charge port. It keeps giving off check engine lights and Mercedes does not know how to fix it. We bought it in the first time and they said they fixed it, exactly 1 week later, the same check engine light goes on again, for the same reason. They have service calls in at both MB USA and MB Germany. No one knows why the car is failing. On top of that, they have stopped communicating with us. No calls, no emails, no updates, I left messages with management (including the GM) none have been returned. Barbara, our "rep" hasn't taken one of our calls in 4 days! We loved Mercedes un until this point but it's when things go bad that you truly see how a company treats their customers. I would never recommend a Mercedes any longer and I definitely would not recommend Mercedes of Bonita Springs. Beware or you too might have a $100,000 lawn ornament! More

My experience at Bonita Springs Mercedes isn’t our first and it won’t be our last. It was truly fabulous. Both Frank and Joe were super attentive and made the sales experience as smooth as possible. All staff that I came in contact with were courteous and professional. I especially loved how well my two young children were welcomed at the dealership. Our vehicle was detailed and looks brand new . Overall, I left a happy 10th time Benz owner! I love my new car! Mr. Frank and your dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched and your dealership would definitely be a place I would retire, the atmosphere is truly superb. 2nd breakdown with my 2022 C300 Mercedes Benz for rough idling, no acceleration/hesitation. Car had to be towed on 7/24/2023 to dealer. No loaner Available??? Why buy an expense high end car if you can’t get a courtesy loaner, it’s a Mercedes Benz!!!! Called Enterprise 4 locations no vehicles avail, it’s now 7/26/2023 called my Service Advisor Shawn Day was told my car has not even been looked at yet. I have missed two days of work because I have no transportation. I called Enterprise again was able to rent a vehicle 114.00 a day out of my pocket and I had to Uber there to pick it up. So it’s costing me$$$. My car is a lease with 7500 miles on it, I purchased first class lease protection for 1075.00 at time of lease. For what??? Zero Customer Service, This is my 4th Mercedes in 25 yrs, Mercedes has gone down hill with Service. Never had I not been offered a loaner with Mercedes Service in the past. Lexus gives free loaners. 🤔 More
