I do not like going to dealerships but Lexus of Naperville is definitely not your typical dealership. All associates make you feel comfortable. From the start I had the pleasure of dealing with JD Naperville is definitely not your typical dealership. All associates make you feel comfortable. From the start I had the pleasure of dealing with JD Stookey in internet sales. She made sure to find the exact car I was looking for, an RX 500h. I worked with John, one of the managers, he was able to answer all of the questions I had and was very nice to work with. John let me put a deposit on the car that I wanted that was arriving within a week rather then having me drive in to make the deposit. This was great as I live 2 hours away from the dealership. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Monse, my sales rep, I had an excellent experience dealing with Monse. She was extremely helpful and relaxed, not pushy. She has touched base with me to see if I had any questions or needed any help with my new vehicle. As my vehicle was getting all prepared, Tony the new car sales manager called to offer me some options. When I said no to the options he accepted my answer, no pressure. Of course I had questions for him as well and he found me the answers. When purchasing the vehicle I met with Joe in finance. Joe was great as well. We paid cash for the car and Joe accepted that and did not try to make us finance like other dealerships have done. The final step was setting up our phones with the Lexus app. Both Monse and Tiffany walked us through that and everything is working as it should. Monse and Tiffany were a great help with the final stages and I appreciate their time and efforts in making sure everything was working for us. If you’re looking for a Lexus, Lexus of Naperville is the dealership to go to. Everyone is very nice and they genuinely appreciate your business. More

When we walked thru the front door of the Lexus of Naperville dealership several months ago, I didn’t know how LUCKY we were to make the acquaintance of Dan Foster. We had purchased our last Lexus ab Naperville dealership several months ago, I didn’t know how LUCKY we were to make the acquaintance of Dan Foster. We had purchased our last Lexus about 18 years ago from the same dealership and wanted to talk to someone about replacing our near-antique, but RELIABLE, RX330. Dan walked us thru the myriad of options that we had before us in a knowledgable, professional and patient manner. With his help, we “sketched out” a want list of colors and options on a new RXh. Today we are driving that car thanks to Dan. We highly recommend Dan and his colleagues at Lexus of Naperville. More

If you want an EXCELLENT customer service then look for Rick VanPelt! It was by far the best and unforgettable car buying experience. He even searched for the car we want from other dealerships and he was Rick VanPelt! It was by far the best and unforgettable car buying experience. He even searched for the car we want from other dealerships and he was able to deliver it beyond our expectations. He shadowed us to make sure we know how to operate the vehicle. He explained all the features and capabilities of the vehicle including remote start/lock/unlock through your mobile phone to operate and maintain it. We are very happy that we bought our car from Lexus Naperville even if we had to travel far. If you want a professional, knowledgeable, fast, and most important of all an honest person then look for Rick! We are very happy that we had the pleasure to work with Rick! Without a doubt the best car buying experience I've had in my 46 years of purchasing vehicles. What I truly enjoy about Lexus of Naperville is all employees take ownership of your questions. They won't pass you on to another individual; nor will they say, I’ll get back to you with an answer. They have the answer. I was pretty overwhelmed with the technology of my new 2022 ES350 (previous car 2008). Michael Comer, (Master Lexus Delivery Specialist) has a wealth of knowledge that you can't put a price on. I've been back four times and he’s willing to spend as much time as needed getting me comfortable with my new vehicle. I wanted splash guards; Michael checked with the parts department; they weren't available. Michael went out of his way searching high quality aftermarket splash guards for me. John Ziebarth, (Sales Consultant) was my first point of contact. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles. John also knew important information about my second choice vehicle that I was unaware of as far as cost of servicing. Extremely helpful; I could've made a mistake in my vehicle choice. Thanks John. Tony Steward, (New Vehicle Sales Manager) went out of his way searching for the exact vehicle I was looking for. I went to a lot of different dealerships and none of them got back to me in a timely manner or at all. Thank you Tony. Joe Castillo (Financial Service Manager) The purchase process was painless. No hidden fees, no additional charges. When I came back days later for an extended warranty it was still the same price as quoted when I purchased the vehicle. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about the Lexus products and answered all my questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he made the effort to find out. Joe walked me through all the features in the car and when it was time to drive my new car off the lot, he had put a big red bow on my car which made my experience that more special. I have to say, this was one of the best experiences ever. Lexus has definitely set a standard of excellence and raised the bar with their level of service.
