Sales was great, after signing the check was poor. Selecting the vehicle, making & acceptance of the offer, processing the offer, listening to a warranty pitch was pushy but ok. Now came the part where the missing $300 key was missing, and after the car was home finding a bad tire.. You replaced the tire and gave me a good deal on the other 3. Home again and time looking over the obvious things and discovered a filthy cabin filter. A visit to auto zone and $20 later it was replaced by me. The multipoint dealer inspection prior to sales was now in doubt and I made an appointment With Reno Mazda Kia. My take at this point is never buy a non Jee Product at Lithia Jeep, and only assume a oil change and a car wash prior to sales.. I now am wondering what the extra keys on the salesman’s file cabinet were to and where they went. I’m sure I will never know, but I will always have my own thoughts. More

Not connected to online site I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, wi I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, with multiple thing to do and everything looks ok. We go to the appointment and they don't have any information that I entered so we have to make another appointment to finish the work. Either have the online stuff work and communicate it to the dealership or get rid of it. When the work is done, we are happy with everything else. 5 stars for the mechanics and 1 star for the appointment system. More

Service work performed If you are over 50 you are familiar with "Old School" termonology. Tony, service writer, is Old School customer service. I had my Jeep dropped off and If you are over 50 you are familiar with "Old School" termonology. Tony, service writer, is Old School customer service. I had my Jeep dropped off and Tony quickly called and daily gave me updates on parts. I never had a concern or doubt that he was on it. When the parts came in the work was quickly completed and Tony called me with the great news. So often in todays world service is a lost virtue/value. Again if you are over 50 you recognize good service. Thank you Tony and Reno Jeep for having someone like Tony working with you. With todays internet always offering the lowest prices, service has become a lost value. More

Tony Seibert was very professional and effective. Tony really knows cars! He took care of both of my Jeeps (we bought both of them from Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno), in just two days. Good service If I schedule an oil change , I am giving a time for appointment, I show up and an hour later I am on my way! On other services , the service rep has If I schedule an oil change , I am giving a time for appointment, I show up and an hour later I am on my way! On other services , the service rep has given me the time it takes for repair and expect time in which I will receive my vehicle back, if they find something else I am notified of delay, which is understandable! All in all good quality service! More
