Usually service is good and they accommodate me knowing I use my car for work. This was now the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for fuel related issues. They were “short staffed” and couldn’t even use my car for work. This was now the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for fuel related issues. They were “short staffed” and couldn’t even look at my car for several days and then once they finally did, it was 5 more days to get the part delivered and my car fixed. I requested a loaner or rental car and was told my contract only allowed a rental for the day the car was serviced and no loaners were available leaving me again without a car for 9 days. This is not acceptable!! It’s not my fault that the service department was short staffed and I was told that they didn’t know I was going to have my car towed in. Well, likewise, I didn’t know my car was going to quit on the side of the road while I was working! That seemed like a pretty ignorant thing to say- you didn’t know I was having my car towed in. Next time, I’ll try to give you a couple days notice when it’s going to stop working. Not Onstar or my Chevy app gave me any notice there was an issue when I hit the message Low Power Mode as I coasted to the side of the road and it shut off on me. For the most part, service is good, and they try to squeeze me in for oil changes because of my busy schedule and needing my car to work, but this is now the third issue with the fuel system and each time has left me stranded for over a week with no vehicle which is not okay. I brought my 2012 GMC Arcadia into Ferman with my check engine light on. After analyzing it they told me it was a fuel sensor that would be $825. I told them that that was not the problem based on the fact engine light on. After analyzing it they told me it was a fuel sensor that would be $825. I told them that that was not the problem based on the fact that it would just stop running like it had a dead battery. I let them fix the fuel sensor. I drove less than 10 miles and it died on the side of the road and I had it towed back to Ferman. This time they said it was an Engine Control Module and it would be $1450. It made more sense to me that was the problem but I wanted Ferman to refund the money I had already spent. After a lot of back and forth I got them to refund half the $825. I used the money to go to my mechanic and got it fixed. A few people thought I should have gotten more back but the reason I wrote this review which I never do is because they are making the Cars and Trucks so complicated with all the Computers and Sensors it’s really hard just to diagnose problems. Tony was my service advisor and Ty is the Head Manager for the service department. Together over a week we were able to work it out and I got my problem fixed and saved a lot of money! Thanks Tony and Tyfor working with me to resolve this issue!!! Fred.I’ll be back. More

Incompetent thieves! Tried to get me to replace 2 things that were fine ($2000) said I was leaking oil badly, i wasn't at all. I was leaking trany fluids. They missed tha Tried to get me to replace 2 things that were fine ($2000) said I was leaking oil badly, i wasn't at all. I was leaking trany fluids. They missed that and I broke down 150 miles into a cross country business trip. I always take the van in for oil change & inspection before long trips to head off trouble, im furious with the level if incompetence and attempted thievery! More
