My son had an appt booked for Jan 16, he received a call from Tony that morning before the appt and he told my son if he was not going to buy the car before the end of the month he could not do the test dri from Tony that morning before the appt and he told my son if he was not going to buy the car before the end of the month he could not do the test drive?? How can you commit to purchasing a car if you have not test driven it! My son was and is very interested in purchasing this car, he will not be doing it from Whitby Toyota, that's for sure. I called in and spoke with Chris one of the managers on duty he was very apologetic and he asked if my son would come in and do the test drive with another sales person? But when Chris called him he gave him an excuse that this car could not be test driven in bad weather because it is rear wheel drive. There was no bad weather it was just cold! We are very unsatisfied with the customer service from Whitby Toyota. More

Well, this is Christmas Eve. It's also day two since we took delivery of our beautiful new Toyota CH-R nightshade edition. When I contacted Tony at the end of last week, I posed him with quite a task. I took delivery of our beautiful new Toyota CH-R nightshade edition. When I contacted Tony at the end of last week, I posed him with quite a task. I needed a car. I wanted an SUV type of vehicle and...I wanted it with all the options and upgrades my wife and I had decided we'd need because this vehicle was going to have to last us a very long time and it was going to have to be enjoyable the whole time. Tony came through with exactly what we were looking for and, as requested, he did it before the government imposed the lockdown. With three days to spare. He even contacted me simply to follow up and make sure we were happy and that we had no further questions. Excellent stress free purchase of a used car. Without negotiating they came in with the exact price I was thinking of including the trade in value of my old car.
