Booked an appointment with Tony to look at a RAV4. He was very friendly and knowledgable, answered all of our questions. Gave us a run down of the features and benefits for the specific edition we were l was very friendly and knowledgable, answered all of our questions. Experience was great. Tony Khoury answered all my questions as well as questions I didn't think of. I'm always nervous when looking at used vehicles but there ended up being zero issues with this ge questions as well as questions I didn't think of. I'm always nervous when looking at used vehicles but there ended up being zero issues with this gentleman. He explained gadgets; gadgets that I had no experience with as I had an older beast. Bottom line: my first Toyota experience was painless. Am hoping this holds true for my future with my Toyota. More

Initial contact with Sales Manager Chris Draganidis, the only manager I've ever met who put me completely at ease that he was a straight shooter. Tony Khoury, my sales rep, took great care of me, going to the Manager of Used Car Sales to get me a fair trade in value. It's nice to leave a dealership, especially as a woman, feeling like the team looked out for you and got you the best deal. I visited a couple other dealerships for this new car, and this experience was not only financially fair, but I left feeling respected and that it was a win for both sides. More
