My mother visited Whitby Toyota for a Toyota Corolla last night. I had called ahead to inquire about a Corolla Hatchback availability and was told the one listed online is not for sale. Back to my mother's v night. I had called ahead to inquire about a Corolla Hatchback availability and was told the one listed online is not for sale. Back to my mother's visit, Tony was less than helpful did not offer my mom and her husband to test drive the Corolla sedan they looked at. They had to ask to, but was very quick to rush the sales process and ask for their business. Tony failed to build value of the car and the dealership it self. As a former sales person, this is backwards dealing and major issue for the dealership overall. I personally won't be in and I'm fairly certain my mom won't be back. More
