Awesome Expirience Since I’m from outta town most of our dealings were thru emails texts etc ... the staff did everything the could to make sure I would drive away with Since I’m from outta town most of our dealings were thru emails texts etc ... the staff did everything the could to make sure I would drive away with the car I picked ... they were all amazing ... when I came to pick up the car it was outside the main doors I was welcomed when I got there ... I came a week late cause of a bodybuilding competition but was cool even the staff I didn’t deal with were all curious how I did ... it just wasn’t about selling me a car ... I definitely recommend this dealership and when the time comes I’ll be back !!!! More

Treated like Family!! I walked into Northgate looking for a family vehicle that would make both Mom and growing boys happy and walked out feeling like family!! Tony listene I walked into Northgate looking for a family vehicle that would make both Mom and growing boys happy and walked out feeling like family!! Tony listened to what I was looking for. He heard my list of needs/wants and showed me a few vehicles then handed me keys for a test drive. Once I came back happy we sat down and got the ball rolling with help from Shawn. Shawn helped me by working his magic in not needing a co-signer!! I had been frequently visiting a dealership in my small town but was always told to wait while he had to go talk to someone and see what they could do for me. Both Tony and Shawn talked while I was present. They treated me like family and made me feel like I was someone important and not just a sale. I recommend if you are looking for your very first or your next vehicle, you need to stop by Northgate and ask for Tony and Shawn!! You will not be disappointed and glad to know someone has your back!! I love my new Red 2018 Acadia and look forward to making memories and lots of road trips knowing we will get there safely and in comfort!! More

Poor customer service experience We had disagreements over the negotiated price. Sales representative had a very quick temper when faced with the situation and felt offended too quick We had disagreements over the negotiated price. Sales representative had a very quick temper when faced with the situation and felt offended too quickly over the exposure of a disingenous statement. With very small exeptions, we felt our business as buyers (cash down) of an used vehicle was not valued. Escalation to management did not help; we do have to note that the manager displayed better customer service. Ended up purchasing a superior vehicle at the same price from a Toyota dealership. More
