The whole process was extremely smooth, and the team was fabulous...from Colin Zephyrin demonstrating all the new features of the vehicle when we first arrived, to Adrian Andrews in management, guiding us through the administrative steps to put us on the road with our new 2019 X5. Adrian Lupu is a technical genius, and spent over an hour reviewing all the new features of our vehicle. He ensured that we understood and were comfortable with all the new technology, and answered all our questions before we hit the road. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
