Dishonest techs Service managers were nice enough, but I question the honesty and competence of the techs. I took my car for a full service at a private mechanic. Service managers were nice enough, but I question the honesty and competence of the techs. I took my car for a full service at a private mechanic. Then took it to autohaus for a “diagnositic.” The worked up a $4900 bill worth of necessary services including $300 to change out 3 nuts. More

I have 2 awesome service managers! Everybody in the service dept. are great, friendly and helpful but I always bring my cars in when I can work with either Eddie Garcia or Tom Lood. He is courteous, thorough, works quickly and efficiently, being respectful of my time. He makes himself available to help me in any way. I needed to "reboot" my blue tooth after a tech update on a service visit, and he walked me through the entire process, even though he was done for the day! He is always pleasant and willing to help.
