Tom Lood was excellent, polite, and a good problem-solver. The service people had made a mistake and after "opening" the car, they realized that they had ordered the wrong parts. While that was very annoying, Tom was able to give a loaner, got the new parts fed expressed and I got my car back the next day. Tom saved the day. More
