I am very pleased with the whole process of purchasing my 2nd Subaru Forester at North End Subaru. Frank Lajoie is great to work with and I was able to do most of the dealing over the phone. When I came into the dealership to wrap up the purchase, I was immediately greeted, and we were able to get everything done, including financing, in about 2 hours (which is excellent). Both Frank Lajoie and Frank Capoccia made sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with everything. The Subaru Forester 2013 I purchased is excellent and I'm very happy with it. I will be back in the near future to purchase another vehicle from North End! More

I live in North Carolina, and recently fell in love with the Subaru BRZ ... I HAD to get my hands on one! Since Subaru only manufactured 4,000 - 5,000 this year, they are very hard to find. Most customers w the Subaru BRZ ... I HAD to get my hands on one! Since Subaru only manufactured 4,000 - 5,000 this year, they are very hard to find. Most customers were preordering them in March! North End Subaru was the 62nd dealership I called in hopes of finding the specific one I wanted,. I was immediately floored with their willingness to help. They 'dealer traded' to get the one I wanted, and did all my paperwork through UPS. They even sent a paid for return envelope for me! Greg Nuorimo was my salesperson, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They helped me arrange shipment for the 900 mile haul and followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction. I am so happy to have the car of my dreams.... Greg Nuorimo and Frank Capoccia, You are the best!!! More

As owners of a 2003 WRX wagon, we had a fantastic experience buying our new 2012 WRX STI hatchback from Greg. We felt like VIPs the entire time we dealt with him--from our first phone call about the experience buying our new 2012 WRX STI hatchback from Greg. We felt like VIPs the entire time we dealt with him--from our first phone call about the car to signing the sales contract with him. He's a respectful, very nice, very smart, low-pressure sales professional who knew exactly how to sell us our car. Working with business manager Tom Liddle was also a pleasure. Again, we found him to be highly personable, low-pressure, and thoroughly professional. In fact, everyone on the sales staff treated us well. When we asked for a local restaurant recommendation for lunch, they were more than happy to give one. Lunenberg is not the closest Subaru dealership to us, but it was absolutely worth the drive. We'll be taking our new Subaru to be serviced there, too. We love driving our new STI. More

I bought my first car from North End last August and was very impressed with the overall experience. I was in an accident (not my fault) and my Subaru Impreza was declared a total loss. It never crossed my mind to go anywhere else since I had such a pleasant experience the first time. Everyone I dealt with was extreamly professional, friendly and helpful working together to find me a vehicle that perfectly fits my needs. I picked my vehicle up today and could not be happier with the whole experience... I was somewhat stressed out when I walked in the door because of the manner in which I was treated by my insurance company. Within minutes of my arrival the sales manager Frank Capoccia greeted me and spoke in such a kind reassuring manner that I immediately felt relaxed and knew that all would be well again in my world....and it is. North End Subaru and it's employees Frank Capoccia, Frank Lajoie, Bob Waite, Greg Nuorimo and Tom Liddle made both my Subaru purchases a pleasant experience and are a credit to their employer. They are all true professionals in every sense of the word! More

Working with Frank Lajoie was a great experience. Most car dealerships and sales people just try and give you a run around and try to sell you things you don't really need. Frank was straight forward and could tell we were on a budget as my wife and I have just started a family. Frank was very informative and helpful which made it easy to go back to the dealer to strike a deal on a Subaru Forester. More

First Subaru, got a Forester - love it, got over 27 m.p.g. on commute. Frank Lajoie was outstanding, Bob Waite filled in nicely on Franks day off, they were all quite patient and helpful and they neede m.p.g. on commute. Frank Lajoie was outstanding, Bob Waite filled in nicely on Franks day off, they were all quite patient and helpful and they needed to be. Tom -Terrific. Jesse and Frank C, professional. No I in TEAM but there is a "me" the customer and that is who they took good care of. I would highly recommend them. More

This dealership has the feeling of a small family. You don't just buy a new car here. They walk you through all kinds of things. My favorite hand-holding was Rich helping me set up my bluetooth phone connection, since it was the first time I've had a car with that feature. I wanted a color/feature combination that wasn't at the dealership, but they quickly located a car that was what I wanted - in Rhode Island. The car was ready for me in 3 days. They did all the work with our insurance company getting our plates switched over to the new car. It was all pretty painless. (A couple of minor communication issues around the paperwork, but nothing to really complain about, it all went smoothly in the end.) The day after I picked up my car, I went back to pick up the official registration. As I walked into the office all the salesmen had big smiles on their faces and asked how I liked the new car. Really, I'm a big fan of this dealership, which is why I came back to buy my second car from them. I would highly recommend them. There is a feeling of trust in this place. More

After spending a few days test driving other vehicles at other dealerships including Lexus and Audi, I had an epiphany. My driving heart is that of a Subaru. So, I returned to North End Subaru for the sec other dealerships including Lexus and Audi, I had an epiphany. My driving heart is that of a Subaru. So, I returned to North End Subaru for the second time. I had previously leased a 2005 GT Legacy and loved it, and the service I received at North End. The environment there is always easy going and welcoming. I definitely pressured them a lot more than they pressured me, LOL. They got me the exact car I wanted from a sister dealership the next morning. Through it all Mike was fun and professional. On my test drive he even drove the car first to remind me how to drive stick! (It had been 2 years LOL) The other thing I really like is that all the people working seemed genuinely excited for me to buy the STI. Not that fake, cheesey salesman crap you get at most places, but they really couldn't wait for me to drive it off the lot, and enjoy it. Tom Liddle was also great to work with again. He made the paperwork painless and quick. I will definitely be going back for my third purchase when my lease is up! Thanks guys! More

In the top two of best car buying experiences Ive had in the last 35 yrs. So good in fact we bought two Subarus from North End in less than one week. Pleasant, no pressure and knowledgeable team.
