Tom was great again! The New 2020 Santa Fe that I purchased this past weekend was the third new HyundaI that I have purchased from Tom Hamme.over the last 9 years. I was in contact with 9 Hyundai and Kia dealerships in MD, NJ and NY looking to lease a Hyundai Kona EV or a Kia Niro EV. Over the course of two weeks Heritage Hyundai was willing to continue the conversation with me where others seemed to balk at completing a deal on-line. I was able to drive from central PA to Towson, drop off my trade, pick up my new Kona, and drive home. More

I visited Towson Hyundai on 01/11/2020 to look at a vehicle I had been interested in. Thomas Hamme was great to work with & was extremely helpful with this process from the beginning. I had a really great experience with this dealership. I was buying from a different state so all the transactions had to be done long distance. Tom Hamme (sales) and Carol Bowen (business office) made it was buying from a different state so all the transactions had to be done long distance. Tom Hamme (sales) and Carol Bowen (business office) made it easy. I was looking for a used car for my daughter. I needed to stay within budget as this was a vehicle for a first time driver who’d been saving money for her first car. The car was exactly as represented and a perfect vehicle for a new driver. My daughter loves it! More
