PS I am working late hours (making up for looking for a car last week) so I will not be able to bring the car by for the touch up work/repairs noted during the sale of the car. How good a job the repair shop does with these repairs will also have an impact on my satisfaction. More

Very happy buying experience. Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I found and test drove the exact car I was looking for and he made it very comfortable the whole time, while providing the friendly and professional. Although there was some confusion over the monthly price I was targeting. Initially the extras offered were not discussed until after the monthly has been negotiated which was a somewhat frustrating and raised that negotiated monthly price. In all, for the most part it was a stress free experience. More

My overall experience with Mile One Heritage Hyundai Towson was genuinely great! I received an e-mail response from with Tom Hamme within one hour after I left my e-mail information on the website. I also received an e-mail response from the dealership manager as well within the next half hour. I was only checking out the feasibility of maybe buying a new car, but after driving the 2011 Hyundai Sonata, I was sold! It was a quiet, smooth ride, and had all of the features I wanted in a car. I joked with Tom that I got a Mercedes without paying for a Mercedes! I love my car; the color, performance and luxury features are much more than I expected in a Hyundai. I have owned a BMW 5 Series and I can truly say I am much more pleased with my Sonata's performance and price! I would put my Sonata up against any other luxury car (Lexus, Mercedes, BMW) and still make the same choice. I would recommend this car to anyone that wanted style, class, luxury but didn't want to spend an exorbitant amount of money. My experience with Mile One Heritage Hyundai Towson gave me nothing but good vibes-everyone was friendly and helpful every step of the way with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. The commercial does say-"if you test drive a Hyundai, you'll buy a Hyundai" and they are right! More

I started searching for a Hyundai because of my satisfaction with the Hyundai I was already driving, a Hyundai Elentra with 258,000 miles which I purchased new in 2000. I contacted and visited ano satisfaction with the Hyundai I was already driving, a Hyundai Elentra with 258,000 miles which I purchased new in 2000. I contacted and visited another dealership, they showed me some new and used Accents and Elentras but were very complacent in starting to make any type of a deal. I broadened my search around the Baltimore beltway and found a new Hynudai dealership still celebrating their grand opening. I contacted Heritage Hyundai in Towson and I received a prompt call back from Sales Consultant Tom Hamme. I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase, Tom was patient and informative on the products I was searching. I was leaning toward the smaller Accent; however, Tom was able to work a better deal on the larger Elentra. I traded my 2000 Elentra and I'm now driving my new 2010 Elentra. More

Tom Hamme/Salesman was wonderful. He made the experience of buying a car painless and seamless. I bought the new 2011 Huyndai Sonota limited. This car is really nice- loaded with everything from navigation to heated leather seats, sun roof, sat radio. for a lot less than the Lexus, Infinity etc. T is really nice- loaded with everything from navigation to heated leather seats, sun roof, sat radio. for a lot less than the Lexus, Infinity etc. The dealer has been great! Gave me a loaner car to have some extras like lojack and special paint coating put on my new car. If I have any trouble figuring anything out in the car Tom has been great about showing me or telling me over the phone. I always hear horror stories of buying cars and I didnt get the high pressure, in your face sales pitches here. Everything was great. More
