I dreaded buying a car but this dealership was an absolute godsend. They sold me a car without any floormats at all and gave me no compensation. It was also missing one of the keys. I was told there wasnt anything the salesman could see wrong with it. When i got there I fou me no compensation. It was also missing one of the keys. I was told there wasnt anything the salesman could see wrong with it. When i got there I found damage on 3 of the 4 rims. I found 2 dings after I purchased and they cleaned the outside. Im hoping these can be worked on with all the other problems. Now I have to drive 2.5 hours, one way, to get all these problems fixed. Luckily I can do then when I go to the Ohio State fair in a few weeks but the courtesy cars have no availability those dates. So i may habe to rent a car out of pocket? Im not happy and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone at for used cars. The car was a great deal and I really liked the finance guy. Updates: I've never had a dealership right so many wrongs in one day. Everything was taken care of with the exception of one small ding on passenger side D Pillar that I'm still waiting to hear back on. They did a fantastic job of going above and beyond. More
