From the first time we met Shane at an RV show to the day we drove off in our new Solitude, he was on the journey with us. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous. Arnold led us through the purchasing process with ease, he made what could have been a tedious, tiresome experience into one that was actually enjoyable. Rob, in the parts department,. made some good recommendations to help us make some wise decisions. Tom's instructions and suggestions were invaluable in helping us and making the our first towing event less stressful and worry free. They were as excited about our Solitude as we were! Being new RV campers, working with Dodd gave us additional enthusiasm for RV camping we can use as we begin our new adventures towing the 34ft. fifth wheel camper across country. More

This was our second dealing with DODD RV in two years. From the onset, assessing the damage to the current camper to helping select the new camper, the people at DODD RV were fantastic to deal with. All of the people we dealt with throughout the assessment of our damaged camper and the selection/purchase of the new camper(second in less than 24 months) were the ultimate professionals. Our experiences with DODd RV have been so positive that we have no desire to deal with any other dealer. More

Amazing Customer Service! We stopped at Dodd RV one rainy Saturday just to look. The staff did not pressure us in any way, and were happy to let us explore on our own. When w We stopped at Dodd RV one rainy Saturday just to look. The staff did not pressure us in any way, and were happy to let us explore on our own. When we decided it was time to ask questions, they were right there to help. They listened to what we wanted for our RV, not what they thought we should have. That was VERY refreshing. We ended up buying an RV from Dodd, and I have to say the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Since it was late on a Saturday, we had to wait for the banks to open in order to process our loan. The Finance Manager and our Sales person called us on their days off just to update us and let us know how everything was going. By that Thursday, we had an appointment to come in and sign paperwork to take our RV home. The paperwork was easy to complete, and then we spent a good amount of time learning the ins and outs about our RV. They provided us with great tips about what type of equipment worked best (hoses, hook ups, etc) and also talked about how to make sure we were level at a site and so forth. They also showed us how to pretty much work every button and gadget in our new camper. Our experience was outstanding!!! I feel like Dodd RV welcomed us into their family, and I am VERY glad we stopped in on a rainy day just to look at their inventory. More

I would email or text Shane with questions or concerns and he was quick to responded back, and we never felt the "pressure to buy now" like we had at previous places. From the first day on the lot and the final day we picked up the 5th wheel to do the final inspection everyone was helpful, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and offering helpful suggestions. I can honestly say that everyone we met were cheerful, relaxed and made it feel like a great place to work. More
