Our adventure started by determining the "Coach" we liked and whom was an authorized rep. We purchased our previous RV from General RV and wasn't pleased with their the Customer relationships. Dodd RV as and whom was an authorized rep. We purchased our previous RV from General RV and wasn't pleased with their the Customer relationships. Dodd RV assigned Nicholas Rhew and Timothy Zachary as our Product Specialist. Nicholas was our primary Specialist. I had Nicholas on "Speed Dial" there wasn't a question he couldn't answer in all in a timely manner. The Walkthrough of the Coach and the Hiching/Un Hitching process was extremely impressive. The Parts Department Specialist are knowledgeable of the items carried. My final comments are for the Entire family atmosphere at Dodd RV. Dodd RV is more then a Dealer they are Company that cares about the Customer. Thanks "The Casler's" More

I ordered a new Lance 650 and could not be happier with the whole experience from initial ordering/option selection to financing. Shane in Sales was very responsive and accommodating. Arnold in Financing m the whole experience from initial ordering/option selection to financing. Shane in Sales was very responsive and accommodating. Arnold in Financing made everything smooth and easy and made sure I received the best rate possible. Richard who performed the walk through at delivery time was top notch as was everyone in the service department. Ricky in Service took the lead in helping load the camper properly and was a joy to work with, as was all of the Service members. Melissa in Parts was very helpful in getting all of the necessary hoses, acc., etc. The Parts department had good prices as well. This was my first experience in ordering a new Lance truck camper and I feel lucky to have found Dodd RV. I tried other dealers closer to my location first and was instantly turned off. I really mean when I say I would wholly recommend checking these guys out, you will not be disappointed, if its a drive from where you are at its still worth it. More

They were extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process. They accommodated are needs and made sure the motor home was in great working order and had someone teach us all the new things that whole process. The staff loves working there and it shows in how they interact and serve the customer. Communication, integrity, honesty and patience is evident in all aspects of the customer interaction. Scott, Arnold, Melissa, Louis and Ricky were awesome to work with and they did everything possible to make sure we had what we needed, knew everything about our vehicle and that we were satisfied.
