I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

Horrible from the time I walk in. The sale never did walk around with me then I wasn’t explained. Any of paper work they just wanted my money then I get home my windshield rubber is gone there saying wa walk around with me then I wasn’t explained. I bought a 2021 bmw x1 from this dealership without the normal price dance !!!!! Tom was very informative and helpful in my choice and the models we test drove. We left before the purchase with an appoint normal price dance !!!!! Tom was very informative and helpful in my choice and the models we test drove. We left before the purchase with an appointment for the next day. I realized I wanted an additional item on the car I had decided on so e-mailed them. Upon arrival sales manager, David, and Tom had done some research on the item and were able to explain pros and cons which made it an easy decision. Both went the extra mile - most sales personnel I have dealt with would not have done this. Would definitely recommend this dealership !!! More
