I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

I typically dread the car-buying process however, Tom Berges and the team at Ferman BMW exceeded every expectation from order to delivery. After visiting my local dealership several times to get informat Berges and the team at Ferman BMW exceeded every expectation from order to delivery. After visiting my local dealership several times to get information on the 2023 BMWi4, i decided to go to Ferman to test whether the experience was better. My local dealership was unenthusiastic about a potential sale nor could they provide better info on the vehicle and how to proceed. Tom at Ferman, a dealership 30 miles further, was incredibly responsive by phone and immediately greeted me upon my first visit. Tom provided excellent guidance, worked with me on the build and we successfully placed the order in May. At that time, estimates on production was about a year. Tom updated me every step of the way and, to my surprise, called 4 months earlier to tell me my vehicle had arrived. Working through the finance part, as well as the paperwork, was a surprising breeze. I think i found the salesperson and dealership i'd rather deal with for the rest of my life. I could care less to go anywhere else. Tom made me a loyal BMW customer instantly. Thank you to him and his team. More

Thomas Berges was absolutely great throughout the whole process. He made sure to give updates on the status of the car and made sure i was satisfied with the experience and purchase. What a wonderful experience it was stoping by Ferman BMW and getting the chance to meet the team. No matter who I dealt with it felt like I was in good hands.
