Todd is The MAN I needed my 50000 km service done. I don't travel extensively so it took 3years 3mths to get there. During the service my power steering was found to I needed my 50000 km service done. I don't travel extensively so it took 3years 3mths to get there. During the service my power steering was found to have faulty seals. Thankfully Todd went over and above my expentantions and was able to get the work done under warranty!!! Which was amazing because after paying for the service by budget belt was super tight. Thanks again Todd and Toyota for always going beyond the call of duty for the happiness and satisfaction of the customer More

In November we test drove a new Rav4 as our lease was expiring and we were looking to see if we wanted to lease another or purchase our current car when our lease was up this spring, and we dealt with S expiring and we were looking to see if we wanted to lease another or purchase our current car when our lease was up this spring, and we dealt with Shawn who leased us our vehicle originally. He was wonderful and thorough, we test drove the new Rav and although we really loved it, financially we decided to just finance our current model instead of going with a new lease. Shawn was amazing and professional - he never once pushed us to change our minds or pressure us into any other decision. He was understanding and gracious and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Toyota. If we decide to get another one down the road we will be asking for him for sure. I came in in somewhat of a panic as I knew my time was up on my lease on my Rav4 at the beginning of March and we wanted to purchase. I tried to reach the finance department to discuss this over phone and email but never received a response. I walked in and asked to speak to someone in finance and they placed me with Nicole. She was amazing- I had only 3 days to get everything signed, paid for and approved. She went above and beyond for me on financing and coverage options. 10/10 would recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a professional and accommodating financial advisor. I dealt with Todd for the safety and servicing of the vehicle and he was wonderful as well. They made a very stressful last minute scramble much more manageable and I really appreciate these team members. Will continue to use Toyotatown for future services. More

I just bought a new 2020 4Runner, but had squeaky breaks 4 days after taking it home. This is also my 5th 4Runner in a row. My entire break system was redone to make sure everything was perfect. I always get Todd Servant to help me with service because he is great at explaining all issues and always ensures everything is done properly and to my satisfaction. I definitely appreciate his honesty and his level of customer service. I would say that in the Many years I’ve been going to ToyotaTown they have only continued to improve year over year. It’s all about the employees, because they are the ones that have made the difference for me. More

Ve This is my 5th new 4Runner in a row. Sales: Geordie is probably the most amazing sales person I have ever dealt with. He is definitely a keeper. Very attentive and very smart. I also very much appreciate his honesty. Service: I most often get Todd Servant, who is a 5/5, and so are the women at the service desk. The mechanics, however, are 1/5. It is common for me to leave with a new issue, or the issue didn’t actually get fixed. It would be helpful if they were thorough, otherwise their work should be double checked. I always dread having to bring my truck in to get serviced. Just like this coming Monday.... I just purchased a 2020 4Runner two weeks ago and I already have to bring it in on Monday because the breaks started squeaking 4 days after I brought it home. I’m dreading the outcome. More

Todd discovered the Yaris needed a major front brake job (after he assessed the situation and worked out a tremendous plan) and contacted us. He was able to secure us a last minute loaner for the following day as the car had to stay at the dealership awaiting parts. I mean, I could have taken it back but Todd was adamant he wanted the car safe before he released it back to us. I truly appreciate the fact Todd and Toyotatown care about US, not just a car or two we own and service there. I will always come back to deal with Todd. Period. Hes the best. More
