The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was extremely amazing in his treatment of all that had to be done to my vehicle! The routine changing of the snow tires turned into a seized caliper replacement with all t in his treatment of all that had to be done to my vehicle! The routine changing of the snow tires turned into a seized caliper replacement with all the other parts that needed to be replaced! I had a very, very long drive ahead of me and all of the work was done as quickly as humanly possible! This is especially important to note because it is snow tire season, so they were very busy, and they had to go and find the only caliper left in the city, in their warehouse, and they had to fit me in because it was an emergency! Todd was amazing in the way he organized his team to get all the work done and get me out of the dealership in record time! More
