I ordered a 2024 Camry Hybrid and paid a $500. 00 down payment for it. When the car came in I signed the purchase agreement and loan application. I noticed the $500.00 down payment was not credited 00 down payment for it. When the car came in I signed the purchase agreement and loan application. I noticed the $500.00 down payment was not credited on the purchase agreement. I asked why. First the finance guy denied that I had made the deposit. I showed him my online banking account showing the deposit. Then he said the finance department would send me a refund check. I asked the finance guy for copies of all the paperwork I had signed and he told me I do not get a paper copy and he would email me a copy. First time ever I have not been given a copy of the paperwork I signed when purchasing a car. Five business days later I still had not received the paperwork email or the refund check. I contacted the salesman who sold me the car and he told me he would take care of it that day. Two days later still no paperwork or refund. I’m so disappointed in this dealership. Now I will be forced to pay a visit to the manager of the dealership and hopefully he will resolve this. More

My very first car buying experience was far less than desirable. I spent an entire weekend trying to figure out why my car was different than the one I bought on paper. Turns out, Todd sold me the wrong desirable. I spent an entire weekend trying to figure out why my car was different than the one I bought on paper. Turns out, Todd sold me the wrong car and never once checked the VIN on the car before selling it to me. When I tried to figure out what happened and where my car was, it turned out that Brent Brown sold my car to auction and I went home with a different car. In the end, Shad made everything right and I was able to keep my car, but it was a horrible process and Todd made me feel like an absolute nuisance the whole time. More

The 2024 Camry Hybrid LE on October 18th is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from your dealer. Todd Robinson was instrumental in all of these purchases. He is extremely knowledgeable of each vehicle we bought. He is excellent at his position. Each time we brought our vehicles to the service department, we have worked with Joel Kitchen. He has shown professionalism in checking our vehicle in, having the Maintenace performed in a reasonable time then checking to make sure we are happy with the service. I am amazed how quickly Andy Butcher gets us through the financial portion of our purchases. He is extremely efficient and explains the final portion of purchasing a vehicle. He is professional and very friendly and that makes us comfortable with our transaction. He is also a good mate. My last purchase of the 2024 Camry Hybrid Le was quick and efficient.
