Absolute worst experience buying a car at Brent Brown Toyota. Financing was rushed to get things signed. Had to keep messaging them to find out any updates. Took over a week to get final word that deal w Toyota. Financing was rushed to get things signed. Had to keep messaging them to find out any updates. Took over a week to get final word that deal went through and even then had to come in and re-sign things at a higher rate and monthly. Highly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. The people in this place place nice and act friendly until papers are signed but they are not your friend. Will not be buying here again, and will certainly not recommend anyone. More

Overall, it was a nice experience, we've reserved a car while it was still in transit. Once the car was on the lot, we scheduled a meeting with Todd, did a test drive, did all the paperwork, appraised our while it was still in transit. Once the car was on the lot, we scheduled a meeting with Todd, did a test drive, did all the paperwork, appraised our trade-in. Then we just came back on the next with the check and wrapped up the purchase. The only negative was that we were not informed on the first day that they can do the anti-rust coating for the frame (something we were interested in) - we've only learned about that on the next day when we were picking up the car, so we had to wait an extra hour for the coating to be applied. The service was however performed promptly, so I'm keeping my overall 5 star rating. More
