For as much as I paid for an oil change they didn’t refill the windshield wiper fluid. Even the quick oil change locations do that. I wish they were more detailed especially for a drop off oil change refill the windshield wiper fluid. Even the quick oil change locations do that. I was very pleased with the service personnel. Tina was very thorough and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The mechanic Mike Leonard explained what he had done to my vehicle and Tina was very thorough and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The mechanic Mike Leonard explained what he had done to my vehicle and I’ve experienced no issues with his work. I have no doubt I had a true professional working on my Jeep Wrangler. I will more than likely schedule future service work there. More

They clearly explained options to solve my issue which was greatly appreciated - big positive! The service center was very unresponsive and I did not know the status of my vehicle or when it would be read was greatly appreciated - big positive! The service center was very unresponsive and I did not know the status of my vehicle or when it would be ready for almost 3 days. Initially brought it in on Sat and was told it might be done that day but unlikely, which was fine. Had to call multiple times Monday afternoon and finally got a call back that it would be ready 1st thing Tuesday. Had to call late Tuesday afternoon for status and was eventually informed it was ready.very dissatisfied with not knowing the status of my vehicle and the amount of time it took to replace ONE battery terminal connector when I booked an appointment 1 month out. Service desk personnel were very pleasant but not proactive in providing vehicle status. Separate but very important note *please revise your call system*! The AI agent that answers is not helpful and for following all of the prompts to get to the service desk, it's ridiculous that when I would reach a person I would still be transferred to a different number 1 to 2 times each time I called. I also never was able to reach someone on the phone at the service desk. I would always have to leave a voicemail and get called back. More
