I've been searching for the right vehicle for several months and visited several dealerships of the same brand and just as I thought i would finally make a purchase the impatient and sometimes arrogant d months and visited several dealerships of the same brand and just as I thought i would finally make a purchase the impatient and sometimes arrogant demeanor of the salesperson would spoil the deal. Not so when I visited Babylon Honda. Tim Francis our salesman came out to greet us in the lot and just his calm, not hurried greeting set the tone and I knew that he would make this experience a very pleasant one. Tim took the time and went over the details of how our new vehicle operates and allowed us to try the different trim levels of the vehicle that we were interested in. And unlike the other dealerships salespersons, Tim never seemed bothered by hesitation or indecisiveness on our part. The whole relax and fun vibe of all the other sales people and managers made the process,which can take some time that much more bearable. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Honda to pay Babylon Honda a visit on their first attempt. You wont regret it More

This is our third car with Babylon Honda and will be our last! Making a deal was embarrassing and wildly different from the previous owners. I watched Jose Dilone try and hide numbers in the lease agreement last! Making a deal was embarrassing and wildly different from the previous owners. I watched Jose Dilone try and hide numbers in the lease agreement that were different than the handshake deal, and then outwardly lie to Robert K. about it. What type of place can’t even trust their employees to be honest with one another? His offers didn’t make sense and there were a few occasions where his math didn’t work out. His total of the taxes and fees was way different than Jose Abreu’s and makes Babylon look pathetic. His best sales tactic was saying “Babylon needed to make money on the deal for a new showroom.” Why would you want an employee who begs for money? The whole staff lacked confidence, honesty and transparency and their sales strategy was start high and capitalize on people’s stupidity. In short, I feel stupid for buying from Babylon and Atlantic. I want to do business with people who make smart decisions and don’t pick up scraps. That’s why I’ll never be back. More

Honestly speaking, I have never met a better salesperson than Tim, he was so communicative and helpful throughout the entire process He never missed a point in the process. I would recommend anyone going there to so ask for timothy personally because he's the best at what he does.
