20k Service Jan 17th On the morning of Jan 17th, we experienced a snow storm but that did not impede DCH from delivering on their promise of excellent service. As staff ba On the morning of Jan 17th, we experienced a snow storm but that did not impede DCH from delivering on their promise of excellent service. As staff battled the elements to get to work, the Service Manager was front and center greeting all incoming customers and directing activities. I was quickly checked in and advised what servicing I would be receiving and that it should take about 1 hour. Service was completed before the hour and off I went. More
