I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

I feel like every time I come to get service there is something I have to pay for when I bought my car I was given a pack that was sold to me by saying my tires are covered along with anything under the something I have to pay for when I bought my car I was given a pack that was sold to me by saying my tires are covered along with anything under the hood for the length of my loan but it’s barely covered anything. It’s a shame the things they do to charge more and more and get over on a customer. I would have already traded for a newer model but not after this. It’s very disappointing. Thomas is great though he goes above and beyond to try to find the best deals or get me a rental during long term repairs. I’m sure he is stuck in the system of wheeling and dealing but nice guy overall More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was early, but received needed help with my GPS before I even checked in. Car was serviced and I was on my way home before expected time.
